Synopsis
It is midnight. Getting back from a party with his wife and two friends, Farzad hits something by his car. No one sees anything! After a long discussion, all confused and frightened, they leave the scene to one of friend’s house to think it over and do the right thing. But primary talks about the accident are soon replaced by discussions about hidden secrets.
Bio Filmography
Born in 1972 in Abadan/Iran, Ramtin Lavafi studied film making in IRIB University in Tehran. He made his first feature film Be Calm and Count to Seven in 2008 which won Tiger Award in 38th Rotterdam Intl Film Festival, also won Jury Prix of new Asian talent award in Shanghai IFF, Best Cinematography Award in Dubai IFF, Ecumenical Award in Fribourg IFF, and Special Mention of the best feature film in Rome Independent IFF. “Be Calm and Count to Seven” took part in more than fifty international film festivals around the world. Berlin -7 was the second film he made in Berlin in 2013 which won four awards in 31st Fajr Int’l Film Festival including Artistic Achievement and Human Rights awards.
